This refund policy describes how Import License Express ("we", "us") handles refund requests for the ₹199 Import License application service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Eligibility for refund

You are eligible for a full refund of the ₹199 service fee in the following cases:

  • Your Import License application is rejected by the issuing authority for a reason directly attributable to our service.
  • We are unable to start processing your application within 7 working days of receiving complete documents.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same application.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
  • Failure to submit required documents within 30 days of placing the order.
  • Rejection caused by ineligibility, blacklisting, or legal issues on the applicant's side.
  • Government fees, third-party charges, and processing fees already paid on your behalf.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@importlicenseexpress.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 working days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank or card processing times may vary.
